Biogas drying food law

After harvesting food, the most feared is the continuous and rainy weather, resulting in rotten food. Using biogas to dry food can effectively solve this problem. 1. Drying method. Weaving a concave cage with bamboo, we use bricks to set a circular stove as the seat of the roasting cage according to the size of the roasting cage. The biogas stove is placed in the center of the stove, with a high temperature of the metal box upside down on the stove, the metal box from the stove flame 2--3cm. Then place the drying cage on the stove, pour the wet food into the drying cage, ignite the gas stove, and use the thermal radiation of the tin box to bake the food inside the cage. After baking for 1 hour (hours), the food is poured out and dried to speed up the distribution of water vapor. When the first cage is afloat, the cage can bake the food in the second cage. When the second cage is afloat, it returns to the first cage. Each time the cage food is baked twice, it can be dried, and it will not germinate or become rotten when stored. Baking 3 - 4 times, the dryness can reach the requirements of rice milling, grinding surface. 2. Precautions. 1 When weaving the cage, the protruding part at the bottom should not be too short. Too short, the upper grain of the cage is too thick to be dried. 2 Weaving cages should use semi-dry bamboo. We should not use freshly cut wet bamboo. Because of the weaving of the wet woven bar, the gap after drying is too large. 3 Foods that are to be reserved for seed use cannot be subjected to this mandatory rapid drying method. 4 In the drying process, it is necessary to adjust the temperature in time according to the degree of drying of the food, and constantly turning to facilitate the distribution of water vapor, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid drying.
