How to Use the Autoclave

^{Open the Cover . Rotate the handwheel a few turns to the left until it is fully lifted, allowing the lid to open completely. Then, pull up the safety bolt on the left column and push the beam sideways to ensure the cover is securely opened.}

^{2 ,           Power On . Plug in the power cord and press the power switch on the control panel to the ON position. At this point, the undervoltage buzzer may sound, indicating that the system is functioning properly.}

^{3 ,           Add Water . Add approximately 8 liters of distilled water until the high water level (HIGH - green light) is activated. If too much water is added, open the lower valve to release excess water and avoid overflow during operation.}

^{4 ,           Stacking . Leave some space between items to allow steam to circulate properly. Do not block the safety valve with any sterilization bags or containers, as this could interfere with the pressure release process.}

^{5 ,           Seal . Ensure the lid is fully closed and aligned with the body of the autoclave. When the interlocking light (green) is on, it indicates that the chamber is properly sealed and ready for use.}

^{6 ,           Set Temperature and Time . Press the ENTER button once to adjust the temperature. After setting, press it again to confirm and move to the time setting. The first two digits represent hours, and the last two are minutes. Press the confirmation button twice to complete the setup.}

^{7 ,           Sterilize . Once the temperature and time are set, the heat lamp (green light) will turn on. During sterilization, slightly rotate the drain valve to the left (or right for drainage) to release a small amount of steam, helping to equalize the temperature inside the chamber.}

^{8 ,           Exhaust . After the sterilization cycle is complete, turn off the power switch and unplug the device. Wait until the pressure gauge reads zero, then open the safety valve or the exhaust valve to release the remaining steam from the chamber.}

^{9 ,           Open the Cover . Once all the pressure has been released, carefully open the lid to retrieve the sterilized items.}
