New breakthroughs in biogas application technology in 2007

In the field of biogas fermentation infertility research, the Microbiology Research Center conducted research on anaerobic degradation of cellulose and biogas fermentation microbial agents, including anaerobic cellulolytic bacteria, thermophilic cellulolytic bacteria, methanogens, and biogas. The research field of oxygen solid state fermentation is very characteristic; it is original in the development of complex biogas fermentation bactericides and the production of biogas microbial inoculants using anaerobic solid-state fermentation technology; in the thermophilic anaerobic cellulase and the intestinal cellulose decomposition of giant pandas The research of bacteria has reached the international advanced level. At present, the project has passed the appraisal of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Department, and has received support from the National Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund project. It is currently organizing a trial production and will be put on the market this year after the demonstration.
In the research of new biogas lamps, seven utility model patents have been declared. Compared with traditional biogas lamps, the new biogas lamps have better explosion-proof performance. In the research field of straw efficient biogas fermentation and biogas residue biogas slurry utilization, at present, the research group has completed the construction of a new type of household biogas digester design and test demonstration pool, and some of the experimental cells have been started; the domestication of aerobic microbial fiber-decomposing bacteria strains Progress has been made in the selection, screening, and separation work, and several enrichments with relatively strong cellulolytic capacity have been obtained. The anaerobic microbe-degrading bacteria also obtained several relatively stable strains and enriched high-temperature anaerobic strains with high cellulolytic activity in several samples, and is now stabilizing the structure of the microorganisms. Conduct further research. In addition, a new family of straw gasifier prototypes for two series of four products has been developed and prototype performance tests are being conducted.
The monitoring and evaluation of biogas residues and biogas slurry agricultural safety indicators and the preparation of biogas technical standards are also in full swing. Currently, the monitoring and evaluation plans for agricultural residue safety indicators and biogas slurry have been completed, and national, international and industrial standards have been collected. Data search, Internet information collection, etc., have identified sampling training for 100 sampling sites in the five regions of Northeast China, Central China, Southwest China, Northwest China, and South China, and five kinds of vegetable and fruit product testing programs have been formulated. Five kinds of raw food, common, Tests for large-volume vegetables, tests for some indicators, etc.
The five standards of the "Technical Specifications for Biogas Projects" have been promulgated as industry standards by the Ministry of Agriculture, filling the gap in the technical specifications of China's biogas projects. The four standards of "biogas slag, biogas fertilizer application technology", "biogas water heater technical conditions", "biogas gas pipelines, pipe fittings" and "reinforced glass fiber household biogas digesters" have entered the acceptance stage. The preparation and revision of the four items of the Ministry of Agriculture standards, such as the “Standard Collection of Domestic Sewage Purification Methane Pools”, are progressing smoothly.
