Structural features

The incubator is mainly composed of a tank, a duct, a heating and carbon dioxide gas input passage, and a controller. The basic form of the incubator is electric heating, solenoid valve control gas input, fan forced convection, and double door structure. 9, safe and reliable performance

a) Over-temperature alarm: When the temperature inside the box exceeds the set value by 1 °C, the control part will automatically emit an audible and visual alarm and automatically turn off the heating output.

b) Water level alarm: When the water tank is low water level or water is cut off, the control part will automatically sound and light alarm and automatically turn off the heating output.

c) Gating: When the outer door of the incubator is opened, the fan, heating and CO2 inflating output in the incubator are automatically turned off, and a buzzer is alarmed.

Installation and use

First, the installation

a) The equipment must be equipped with a cylinder with high purity 99.9% carbon dioxide gas (Note: user-supplied), the cylinder pressure is not less than 1MPA, the pressure is adjusted to 0.05MPA after the pressure reducing valve, and the rubber is closed after the gas outlet valve is closed. The tube is connected to the carbon dioxide inlet behind the tank. Open the intake valve when in use.

b) The equipment should be placed in a dry, level, non-toxic and harmful gas, and should be protected from direct sunlight. There must be a certain space around the incubator to facilitate watering and maintenance.

c) The most suitable ambient temperature for the incubator is 20 to 25 °C.

d) The 220V/50Hz AC power supply used in this unit should be reliably grounded to ensure the safety of the user.

Second, use

After the incubator is properly installed as described above, follow the steps below.

1. Irrigation

a) First close the water switch at the bottom of the incubator, then connect one end of the rubber tube, the other end of the rubber tube is connected to the water source, and then open the water switch at the bottom of the incubator, the water can be poured into the water jacket.

b) first close the water switch at the bottom of the incubator, then connect one end of the rubber tube filled with water, the other end is immersed in the bottom of the container filled with water, and place the container on the top of the incubator, and enter the water through the principle of water level difference. Then, the bottom water switch is turned on, and the water in the container is gradually poured into the water jacket.

The above two methods of irrigation can be selected.

2, panel function operation

a) Box temperature setting: Press the “Temperature setting” button, and the “Add” button and “Decrease” button to set the temperature you need.

b) CO2 concentration setting: Press the “Density setting” button, and the “Increase” and “Decrease” buttons can be used to set the concentration you need. If the CO2 concentration control is not required, set the concentration setting to 0 to extend the life of the solenoid valve.

3. Carbon dioxide concentration control check: Check that the box temperature reaches 37 ° C and the temperature is kept for two hours.

a) Open the cylinder, adjust the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 0.05MPA, and let the carbon dioxide gas enter the box. After 1 minute, the concentration value on the display will gradually increase, and it will reach 5.0% in 10 minutes (the setting value is 5.0%). ), for two hours of stabilization, the concentration display value should fluctuate within (5 ± 0.3)%. Working fine.

b) When the outer door is opened, the carbon dioxide intake can be automatically cut off to save gas.

4, door temperature control test

The rear door temperature setting value is set at 38 °C. When there is a humidifying tank in the box, there should be no condensation on the glass door. After the above steps are checked, the incubator can work normally and can be put into normal use.

The three control operating systems have a memory function, and the power-on display value after power-off is the set value at the time of last use.

1. Each time the new temperature value is set, the knob of the mechanical thermostat with the temperature protection function on the rear side of the incubator can be adjusted to the set temperature of the incubator at 5 °C.

2. Turn off the main power switch and unplug the power plug when it is not needed.
