1. The faults of stator and rotor cores are checked and repaired. The rotors are made of silicon steel sheets insulated from each other and are the magnetic circuit part of the motor. The damage and deformation of stator and rotor cores are mainly caused by the following reasons. 1 excessive wear of bearings or poor assembly, resulting in fixed, rotor phase wipe, so that the core surface damage, resulting in short circuit between the silicon steel, motor iron loss increases, so that the motor temperature rise is too high. At this time, fine burrs and other tools are used to remove the burrs, eliminate the shorting of the silicon steel sheet, clean it, coat it with insulating paint, and heat and dry it. 2 Use too much force when removing the old winding, so that the stolen slot is skewed and spread outward. At this point the use of needle-nose pliers, wooden hammer head and other tools to be repaired, so that reset the tooth gap, and in the gap between the silicon steel is not reset to add green shell paper, glue wood and other hard insulation materials. 3 The surface of the iron core is rusted due to moisture and other reasons. At this point, it needs to be polished with sandpaper, cleaned and painted with insulating paint. 4 High-heat-burned cores or teeth are generated around the group ground. Chisels or scrapers can be used to remove the deposits and dry them with insulating paint. 5 The loose connection between the iron core and the base can tighten the original positioning screw. If the set screw fails, drill the positioning hole and tap on the base to tighten the set screw. 2. Bearing trouble-shooting The rotation of the shaft through the bearing supports is the heaviest part of the load and it is also a part that is subject to wear. 1 Fault Check When running the bearing is inspected for oil shortage, you will hear the sound of "bone hum" and if you hear the sound of discontinuous "stem", the bearing rim may be broken. When the bearing is mixed with sand and other debris or bearing parts have mild wear, it will produce a slight noise. After removal, check to see whether the bearing rolling elements, inner and outer steel rings are damaged, rusted, scars, etc., then hold the inner ring of the bearing by hand, and make the bearing flat, push the outer ring with the other hand, if the bearing is good, The outer rims should rotate smoothly, there should be no vibration and obvious seizure in the rotation, and the outer rims do not have a retrograde phenomenon after stalling. Otherwise, the bearing can no longer be used. Hold the outer ring with your left hand and pinch the inner rim with your right hand. Use force to move in all directions. If you feel loose when you push it, it will wear out. 2 Fault repair The rust on the outer surface of the bearing can be wiped with No. 00 sandpaper and then cleaned in gasoline. If the bearing is cracked, the inner and outer rings are broken, or the bearing is excessively worn, the new bearing should be replaced. When replacing a new bearing, use the same bearing as the original model. 3. Spindle troubleshooting 1 If the bending of the shaft is not large, the shaft journal and the slip ring can be used to repair the shaft. If the bending is more than 0.2 mm, the shaft can be placed under the press and the pressure can be corrected at the bent position. The corrected shaft surface is ground with a lathe; if the bending is too large, a new shaft must be replaced. 2 journal wear When the journal wear is not large, a layer of chrome can be plated on the journal and then ground to the required size. When the wear is high, surfacing can be performed on the journal and then polished on the lathe; When the journal wear is too large, it is also turned 2-3mm on the journal, then a sleeve, hot sleeve on the journal, and then turned to the required size. When the depth of transverse cracks in the 3-axis crack or fracture axis does not exceed 10%-15% of the shaft diameter, and the longitudinal crack does not exceed 10% of the shaft length, it can be remedied by a surfacing method, and then the vehicle can be finished to the required size. If the crack in the shaft is severe, a new shaft needs to be replaced. 4. Repair of housing and end cover If there is any crack in the housing and end cover, it should be repaired. If the bearing bore clearance is too large, causing the bearing end cover to fit too loose, the punch hole can be used to punch the bearing hole wall uniformly, and then the bearing is driven into the end cap. For motors with larger power, it can also use the method of inserting or plating, and finally the required size of the bearing can be machined.
