The TD type bucket lifter is equivalent to the international standard ISO5050-81. The series of bucket elevators have the advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable operation and long service life. Its main performance parameters are in line with JB3926-85 "Vertical Bucket Elevator" standard.
The bucket lifting machine is suitable for conveying bulk, granular and small block materials with a specific gravity of not more than 1.5t/m3, such as coal, cement, fertilizer, sand, grain and so on. The bucket machine is equipped with two kinds of hoppers Zd type (medium deep bucket), which is generally suitable for conveying wet, agglomerated and difficult to throw materials, such as wet sand, molding sand, fertilizer, alkali powder and so on. Sd type (deep bucket) is generally suitable for conveying dry, loose and easy to throw materials, such as cement, clinker, gravel, coal and so on.
Connection of the tape of the bucket machine: The connection method of the tape is bolted and glued, and the connection should meet the following requirements:
(1) Both ends of the rubber tape should be cut into a stepped shape according to the corresponding cord fabric layer, and the joint length should be 1-2 times the width;
(2) The material of the adhesive should have the same elasticity as the material of the tape;
(3) The joint should be firm and the thickness of the joint should not exceed 5% of the thickness of the tape.
(4) The vulcanization temperature and vulcanization time of the tape adhesive and the normal temperature bonding shall comply with the requirements of the equipment technical documents and adhesives;
(5) When the tape is made of bolts or glued joints, it should be lapped along the running direction of the tape;
(6) The tape needs to be pre-tensioned, and the pre-tensioning force should be 1.5-2 times of the working tension, and the pre-tensioning duration is 24 hours;
(7) For the method of connecting the tape, refer to Appendix 2 of GB50270-98 "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Installation of Continuous Conveying Equipment".
Installation of bucket elevator hopper: Install the hopper according to the installation drawing of the bucket lift manufacturer and its instructions. Note the following when installing the hopper:
(1) Install in strict accordance with the installation drawings of the bucket lift manufacturer and its instructions, and do not arbitrarily change the position and quantity of the hopper;
(2) Hopper installation at the joint: the length of the joint should span 3 hoppers, and the distance between the axis of the connecting bolt and the end of the tape should not be less than 50mm.
Installation of the bucket elevator attachment (1) Installation of the attachment: The belt bucket elevator attachment has a tensioning device, a belt type backstop device and an outer casing adjustment device, and the tensioning device controls the distance between the upper and lower tape wheels of the tape bucket elevator To prevent the tape from being slack; the belt type backstop device prevents the tape from being reversed; the outer casing adjusting device adjusts the straightness of the outer casing to prevent the outer casing from grinding the hopper and affecting the normal operation of the bucket lifter.
(2) Install according to the installation drawings and installation instructions of each accessory.
