First, sow induced production -

1, gilts more than 8 months of age without estrus, intramuscular injection of cloprostenol 0.2mg, 3 ~ 4d estrus can be mated.
2. The sows do not have estrus after weaning, and the common sows are more common. Chlorprostinol (0.4-0.5 mg) is injected to heat the estrus at 4-6 days. It is recommended that the estrus should not be bred for the first time, and 18 to 21 days later. The effect of breeding is better when the next natural estrus. In practical work, we recommend that the practice has been implemented with a single injection of 112 days during pregnancy and a satisfactory result of the injection of cloprostenol on the 2nd day after delivery. This will not only induce farrowing, but also prevent uterine inflammation and vaginitis. Can promote lactation. -
Third, the treatment of sows late -
Some sows during pregnancy more than 115d, or even 120d no litter, we used cloprostenol 2 (0.4 mg) 2 ~ 3d when the birth of stillbirths, mummy, mesenchymal children.
Fourth, treatment of metritis, uterine empyema -
With cloprostenol from 1.5 to 2 (0.3 to 0.4 rag) intramuscular injection, 24-hour to 48-hour expulsion of uterine effusion and empyema is effective.
