Selection of bushings for three-screw pumps

The three-screw pump is a rotor type 窖 pump. Since the active screw and the spiral groove on the driven screw are engaged with each other and they cooperate with the inner surface of the three holes of the bushing, a number of dynamic sealing chambers can be formed between the inlet and the outlet of the three-screw pump. These dynamically sealed chambers will continuously move the liquid axially from the pump inlet to the pump outlet and gradually pressurize the delivered liquid to form a continuous, smooth, axially moving pressurized liquid.
The three-screw pump bushing is divided into aluminum sleeve material, tin bronze material and ductile iron material. Choosing a suitable bushing according to different working conditions can improve the efficiency of the screw pump and prolong the service life of the three-screw pump. How to choose the suitable bushing material for the three-screw pump? There are generally the following situations:
First, the aluminum bushing three-screw pump with good lubrication and low pressure can be used.
Second, the medium with good lubricity, high temperature and high pressure is better for the three-screw pump with ductile iron bushing.
Thirdly, it is better to use a copper bushing when conveying a medium having poor lubricity and high pressure.
