Choosing a suitable bushing according to different working conditions can improve the efficiency of the screw pump and prolong the service life of the three-screw pump. How to choose the suitable bushing material for the three-screw pump? There are generally the following situations:
First, the aluminum bushing three-screw pump with good lubrication and low pressure can be used.
Second, the medium with good lubricity, high temperature and high pressure is better for the three-screw pump with ductile iron bushing.
Thirdly, it is better to use a copper bushing when conveying a medium having poor lubricity and high pressure.
