Lily harvesting and processing storage technology

Day lily, also known as day lily flower, is a dried stem of yellow flower buds and is a common dried vegetable variety. The quality of the appearance often affects the quality of the product. However, because of its infinite inflorescence, each flower bud gradually forms flower buds, harvesting work is carried out every day, the flowering period is longer, and it is often difficult to grasp the best harvesting period in production, resulting in a decline in the quality of day lily; secondly, the harvested flowers. Lei also needs fine processing in order to obtain a higher quality dried vegetable, so that it can obtain good economic benefits. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of daylily, in addition to the use of large buds, yellow or orange varieties, it is more important to keep the harvest and processing of lily. (a) The harvest time of day lily is generally about 30 days. Buds are not suitable for dry products after opening. From the time the buds are removed to the time before processing, they will continue to grow. Oversized buds may gradually open at this time. Too many open buds will reduce the quality of dried products, so picking time should not be too late. The premature picking of buds not only reduces the quality, but also often brings black after processing, affecting the appearance quality of dried products. The general variety is suitable for harvesting in the early morning of every day, and it is usually appropriate to pick it up 1 to 2 hours before flowering begins. However, the flowering time of different types of day lily is different. Some varieties have buds open after 10 a.m. and picking should be completed before 10 o'clock. Some varieties are open from 8pm to early morning and picking should be completed before 7pm. The specific picking time should be based on different varieties. However, climatic conditions will also affect the flowering time, sunny and late flowering time, can be harvested later; overcast and rainy days, abundant water, bud growth, opening early, so the harvest time should be appropriately advanced. In addition to grasping the best picking time, it is also important to grasp the full development of the flower buds, the inclusion of the pods, the golden color in the middle of the flower buds, the green color at both ends, and the picking at the top purple color. When harvesting should be light and meticulous, to avoid bruising the flower stems and florets, with flower pedicles, without stems, stalks and flower buds at the junction is better. Each strain should be collected from the top down and from the outside to the inside. (b) Timely steaming 1. Grading selection. The harvested fresh vegetables are sorted and selected, and open buds are selected to remove debris. 2. Steaming. Put the selected buds layered into the steamer in a timely manner. A 1m2 area of steaming sieve is suitable for flower buds 10kg, and maintain a uniform and loose state. Then place the steaming sieve on the boiled boiling pot and seal it. When the temperature in the middle of the steamer reaches 70°C, use a slow fire for 5 to 10 minutes. Generally, the color changes from the original yellow-green color to yellow, and the hand is squeezed slightly soft and soft. It is in a semi-cooked state, and the volume is reduced by about 1/2. (C) After sunny day, the dried lily can not be immediately exposed to sunlight. After the natural cooling, it is allowed to stand on the outdoor drying bench for exposure. Turn once every 2 to 3 hours and take it back at night. When the skin is slightly crusting on the surface, turn it over to another seat and then dry it. In good weather, just dry for 2 to 3 days. Usually hold the dry food with your hands, and when you loosen it, you can still spread naturally. (D) Artificial drying can be dried in a drying room when it cannot be dried in rainy days. 5kg is the best choice for each steamer to steam the lily. The temperature of the drying room is first raised to 85-90°C, and then the lily is placed. Due to the large heat absorption of daylily, the drying room temperature quickly dropped to 60 ~ 65 °C. Keep this temperature for 10 to 12 hours, and then naturally cool 50°C until it is dried. During the baking process, attention should be paid to ventilation and humidity, so that the relative humidity in the drying room can be reduced to less than 60%. During the drying process, 2~3 times of dish dumping is used. (5) In the case of salty mildew and mildew, if there is continuous rain and rain, and no baking equipment is provided, the steamed lily can be put into the jar immediately after cooling, and each layer of flower buds should be placed on the bottle and sprinkled with salt. Practical pressure is good, so it can keep 6 to 7 days will not be rotten. Flower buds can also be soaked in brackish water for 24 hours to reduce damage. However, the dry products obtained after salt treatment and mildew prevention should be marked separately. (6) Reasonable storage Store the dried or baked lily in a large wooden box for moisture regain, so that the moisture content is about 15%, which is difficult to break with the handle, and loosening can restore elasticity. Dried daylily because of high sugar content, easy to absorb moisture and mold deterioration. Therefore, a large number of daylily can generally be packaged in double-wire sacks and placed in a cool, dry place. If the container is exposed to moisture or rain, it should be promptly sun-dried to prevent spoilage. A small amount of daylily can be stored in plastic bags, jars or jars and placed in a cool, dry place.
