(2) Reasonable use of torque, auxiliary materials and tools to avoid excessive force and angular deviation;
(3) Absolutely avoid the pump being twisted, the CN pump coupling must be centered;
(4) If the force of the pipe is too large, it will cause leakage and friction between the impeller and the pump casing;
(5) Before installation, be sure to remove the sealed plastic paper from the inlet and outlet of the pump and the plastic cap on the pipe;
(6) The inlet pipe must be sealed and there must be no place for gas accumulation, otherwise an exhaust valve should be added;
(7) Considering cavitation, avoiding elbows and valves with large resistance in the inlet line;
(8) The resistance of the system shall not be greater than the lift of the pump;
(9) The nominal diameter of the pipeline is greater than or equal to the connection size of the pump pipeline;
(10) Install a shut-off valve on the inlet line and ensure that the pump is always fully open during operation. A shut-off valve is installed on the outlet line to regulate the flow.
3. After the beverage pump is installed, there should be some problems in operation and maintenance, as follows:
(1) The working condition of the pump must comply with the operation adjustment of the pump (pressure, temperature and medium, etc.);
(2) When transporting toxic substances, carefully check before starting the pump;
(3) Exhaust before the pump starts;
(4) When the system is filled with water or exhausted, the pump can also be filled with water and exhausted at the same time;
(5) When starting the pump for the first time or when it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to confirm the flexibility by hand-cranking;
(6) It is strictly forbidden to dry!
(7) For vertical installation of the pump, there must be a sealed leakage discharge point. When there is a leak, it is necessary to check the mechanical seal in time and replace it if necessary;
(8) Adjust the outlet valve to ensure the working point of the pump to prevent overload;
(9) It is forbidden to operate the pump for more than 30 seconds.
(10) Under normal conditions of use, the bearing should be replaced after 15,000 hours to 20,000 hours of operation;
(11) When using for outdoor use for a long time, the bearing must be replaced after 5,000 hours of operation;
(12) Lubricate the V-ring for 1,500 hours of operation.

Installation In the structure of the beverage pump, the mechanical seal is the most accurate and the most precise installation requirements. If the mechanical seal is not properly handled during the installation process, it will affect the service life of the seal and may cause sudden leakage of the beverage pump during operation, thus affecting the production efficiency of the entire line.
The mechanical seal is divided into two parts: moving ring and static ring. The materials used are graphite, carburizing resin, tungsten carbide, ceramics, etc. The running process is completed by the relatively high speed operation of the static and dynamic ring. The surface precision of the static and dynamic ring is very high. It usually reaches 0.8mmRa. Based on structural and material considerations, before mechanical seal installation, check the contact surface of the static and dynamic ring for damage or cracks, and wipe the surface of the static and dynamic ring with a clean soft cloth. When installing, first remove the scale and stain on the bottom and side of the static ring installation groove, and then put the static ring into the installation slot smoothly to ensure that the static ring and the bottom of the groove are in full contact to avoid the axial ringing of the static ring. Pay special attention to keep the surface clean during the installation of the static ring. Finally, slowly insert the moving ring, gently rotate the moving ring to the left and right, observe the contact condition of the moving static ring. When confirming that the moving and static ring is in close contact, put the impeller into the lock. Tight bolts complete the installation of the mechanical seal. When starting the test run, there are the following points to note:
(1) If a series or back-to-back mechanical seal is used, the seal/flush must be unobstructed;
(2) For back-to-back mechanical seals, ensure that the seal/flushing fluid is higher than the pump internal pressure by 1.5 bar to 2 bar (internal pressure = system pressure + pump pressure) before starting the pump;
(3) Adjust the flow rate of the sealing/rinsing liquid, the temperature is less than 60 ° C and must not exceed the boiling point, the temperature difference does not exceed 15 ° C;
(4) For series mechanical seals, ensure a pressure-free seal/rinse before starting;
(5) When the medium contains solid particles, the rinse liquid is directly discharged.
