1. The sealing machine pinching action is too slow or the pinning stroke is insufficient: the bolt is loose, and the front buckle or the inner piece of the plate machine is worn. The bolt can be tightened at this point, paying attention to the correct position of the front buckle shaft. It is also possible to replace the front buckle or the inner plate of the board machine. After completing the above actions, test the function. If the stroke is too short, fine-tune the front buckle shaft upwards. If the motion is slow, fine-tune the front buckle shaft downwards;
2. Leakage at the piston rod: The bottom ring of the main body is damaged. The ring should be replaced at this time.
3. Exhaust air leakage: The switch valve ring or switch seat ring is damaged or the piston ring is damaged. Replace the ring.
4. Leakage at the trigger: The switch valve ring or the switch seat ring is damaged. Replace the ring.
5. The drive ring is loose and cannot be positioned: the steel strip and the transmission spring are inelastic. Remove the trigger assembly and reinstall the spring tip or replace the steel strip and drive spring.
