For low-temperature treatment, seeds should be wrapped with gauze and soaked in well water. The water temperature should be below 25°C. The lettuce seeds were immersed for 5-6 hours. The celery seeds were soaked for 10 hours and then germinated at low temperature. There are three kinds of germination methods, which can be selected according to actual conditions. One is to wrap seeds in gauze and store them in a freezer at -5°C to -3°C for 24 hours. After freezing the seeds in the room, allow them to melt and germinate in 2 to 3 days. The second is to put the wet gauze wrapped seeds in the refrigerator fresh room, maintain 15 ~ 20 °C, 3 ~ 5 days will be able to germinate. The third is to wrap seeds in wet gauze and hang them in the well. It is 30 centimeters away from the surface of the well and can germinate in 3 to 5 days. During the germination process, the water should be replenished in time and the seeds should be panned at least once a day to allow the seed to see the light properly. After the germination, the seeds were sowed. After the sowing, the straw curtain was moistened, and the conditional shade canopy of 1 meter height was used to facilitate emergence.
