Ventilation equipment

There are different classifications of ventilation in duck houses, which are generally divided into horizontal ventilation, vertical ventilation and joint ventilation in accordance with the flow direction of indoor air. When ventilation is horizontal, the airflow enters from one side of the duck house and the fan will be evenly distributed. When ventilating vertically, the fan is at one end (gable wall) of the duck house, and airflow enters from the opposite end of the duck house. In the joint ventilation, the air inlets are evenly distributed on the walls of the duck house, and a fan is installed at one end of the duck house, combined with a roof exhaust fan.
2. Cooling system
Wet curtain cooling system. The system is mainly composed of wet curtains and fans.
Wet curtains usually have two kinds of ordinary media and reinforced media. The common media is made of corrugated fiber paper. It is corrosion-resistant by adding special chemical components and special post-process treatment to the papermaking raw materials. High strength and long service life. Reinforced medium is a special process to add a black hard coating on the surface of ordinary media, so that the paper pad is easy to scrub and disinfect, effectively solve the problems of various flying floes in the air, shading, anti-rat, more service life long. The wet curtain cooling system uses the principle of heat exchange to humidify and cool the air. Through the water supply system, the water is sent to the top of the wet curtain to moisten the surface of the wet curtain. When the air passes through the wet curtain, the water is in full contact with the air, so that the temperature of the air is reduced, the purpose of cooling is achieved, and the cooling effect is significant. In summer, the temperature can be reduced by 5 to 8°C, and the higher the temperature, the greater the temperature drop. Low investment, low energy consumption, known as "cheap air conditioning." The air is fresh, the temperature is evenly balanced, and the humidity is adjustable to the best condition. Wet curtain ventilation investment is low, high efficiency is particularly suitable for aquaculture production.
Spray cooling system: The system consists of various types of atomizing nozzles and pressure pumps connected to the pipeline.
The spray cooling system is a very efficient evaporation system. It sprays tiny droplets into the duck house through a high-pressure spray head. As the humidity increases, the thermal energy (sun rays + duck body heat) is converted into evaporation energy and the temperature drops to the desired value within a few minutes. Because the sprayed water is absorbed by the air inside, the ground is always dry. This system can be used for disinfection at the same time, thus improving the health of the duck. Because the system can reduce the temperature efficiently, the amount of ventilation can be reduced to save energy. When the micro-environmental climate in the home is required to be both suitable and hygienic, it can be used throughout the year. This system has the characteristics of summer cooling, spray dust removal, continuous humidification, environmental disinfection, and fresh air control throughout the year.

3. Lighting control equipment
The light program controller adopts the design of microcomputer chip, the brightness of the light changes steplessly, and has the function of automatic light metering control. The automatic lighting-ventilated dual-purpose controller can automatically control the lighting system, and can also be connected to wet curtains, fans, heater stoves and other equipment for automatic time control.
4. Cleaning and disinfection equipment
The cleaning equipment is mainly a high-pressure washing machine, and the atomizing nozzle can be used as a disinfection device. There are two kinds of manual disinfection equipment: manual backpack sprayer and mechanical power sprayer.
5. Environmental monitoring and control integration system
The control system is the heart of any environmental monitoring system and is used for effective monitoring and automatic control of environmental factors such as heating, cooling, air intake, and illumination.

(2) Advanced Environmental Control Integration System. The main controller, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, water meter sensor, level sensor, alarm device, modem, application software and other components. Through related parameter settings, information collection of different sensing devices, and instruction feedback from the main controller, integrated control of temperature, humidity, light, ventilation, water supply, and spray and other environmental factors in the duck house can be achieved.
