1 Check the tightening of all parts and components, and pay particular attention to the fastening bolts of the tools, the fastening bolts of the cabinet, the connection bolts of the connection parts, etc. If loosening is found, tighten them tightly.

2 Remove mud, dust and oil from all parts of the machine and observe whether there is any oil leakage.

3 Check the universal joint transmission parts for damage, deformation, and note of butter.

4 Check the gearbox oil level. If it is not enough, add gear oil or engine oil. Check for oil leakage and remove as the case may be. If necessary, replace the oil seal and paper pad.

5 Lubricate according to the lubrication table.

6 Check whether the parts are damaged or not, and whether the parts are bent or distorted due to insufficient strength. For example, if there are any abnormal sounds in the three-point suspension parts during idle operation, some adjustments and replacement of damaged parts may be carried out as appropriate.

Second, a level of maintenance (regular) (usually after 100 hours of work)

1 Perform routine inspections of the various items required for maintenance.

Normal impression: the normal bevel gear of the bevel pinion, the length of the impression is not less than 40% of the tooth width, the height of the impression is not less than 40% of the tooth height, and is distributed near the normal line of the index cone, when abnormal marks appear When, for example, the contact marks are too small, too large, offset at the top of the tooth, or at the root of the tooth, adjustments must be made. 5 Check whether the oil seal fails. If you find that the bearing enters the muddy water, clean it and replace the oil seal.

6 Inspect the gear oil inside the box for impurity impurities and replace the gear oil if necessary.

7 Fill the lubricating oil in the lubrication position.

8 Check if the machete is excessively worn or deformed and correct or replace the new machete if necessary.

Three, two maintenance (regular) (usually 500 hours of work)

1 Carry out the items specified in the primary maintenance.

2 Clean the transmission and gearbox and replace the gear oil to the specified oil level.

3 Lubricate with the lubricating oil in the lubrication position.
