4.1 Operation steps
4.1.1 Connect the power supply to the muffle furnace control box and connect the power cable to the AC 220V.
4.1.2 Connect the control box to the muffle furnace with the speaker cable.
4.2 Precautions
4.2.1 The maximum temperature cannot exceed the factory calibration temperature.
4.2.2 After use, cut off the power supply, do not open the furnace door immediately, and remove the items when the temperature drops to about 400 °C.
4.2.3 The muffle furnace should be placed in a dry place to protect it from moisture and cause thermal cracking of the refractory material.
4.2.4 The automatic thermostat controller cannot withstand severe vibrations.
4.2.5 Do not switch the power supply frequently to avoid damage to the muffle furnace.
4.2.6 No flammable or explosive materials shall be placed around the muffle furnace.

Installation and use
1. The electric furnace is integrated, and the electric furnace does not need special installation, and it only needs to be placed on the indoor floor or the bench. In order to operate safely, the electric furnace needs to be reliably grounded.
2, check the wiring is correct, you can power on, first close the power switch, then pull the button switch on the controller panel to the open position, pull the setting switch to the set position, adjust the setting knob, the temperature Set to the number you want, then pull the setting switch to the measured position. At this time, the red light is on (NO), there is also the sound of the contactor, the electric furnace is energized, and the ammeter indicates the heating current value. The temperature rises slowly as the temperature inside the furnace rises, indicating that the work is normal.
When the temperature rises to the set desired temperature, the red light is off (NO), the green light is on (OFF), the electric furnace is automatically powered off, and the temperature rise is stopped. Later, when the temperature in the furnace drops slightly, the green light is off, the red light is on, and the electric furnace is automatically energized. Repeatedly, the purpose of automatically controlling the temperature inside the furnace is achieved.
3. The heating power of the silicon carbon rod type (S type) furnace should be well matched with the required temperature value. When the temperature in the furnace enters the constant temperature stage, the long time of the green light indicates that the heating power is too large, and the heating power adjustment knob can be adjusted counterclockwise to appropriately reduce the heating current value; if the red light is on for a long time, the heating power is insufficient. Adjust the heating power adjustment knob clockwise to increase the heating current value appropriately. When the red and green lights are alternately bright, the time is consistent, which indicates that the power is matched and the adjustment effect is good. In order to reduce the over-temperature phenomenon during the heating process, the heating power adjustment knob can be adjusted counterclockwise to appropriately reduce the heating current value before the temperature reaches the set temperature. Considering that the thyristor component is more susceptible to damage when the current is solidified, the heating power adjustment knob should be turned counterclockwise until the current is turned up and down.
4. In order to check whether the breaker protection device works normally, the method is: loosen one end of the thermocouple, and the temperature indication automatically rises to the highest point at this time, and the heating power is automatically cut off, then the device is good, and the thermocouple is reconnected. After that, it works fine.
5. Oven, when the electric furnace is used for the first time or after long-term deactivation, it must be oven. The procedure is as follows:
When the room temperature rises 200 ° C for 4 hours (open the furnace door to allow water vapor to emanate)
When 200 ° C rises 600 ° C for 4 hours (close the furnace door)
When 600 ° C rises 800 ° C for 2 hours (close the furnace door)
6. After use, first pull the toggle switch on the controller panel to the off position, then cut off the main power switch.
Repair and maintenance
1. The instrument should be placed in a place with dry ventilation and no corrosive gas. The working environment temperature is 10-50 °C, and the relative temperature is not more than 85%.
2. In order to ensure accurate measurement, the DC potential meter is used to calibrate the temperature meter of the XMT type temperature controller every year to avoid large errors.
3. Regularly check whether the hot wire of each part is loose, whether the contact of the AC contactor is good, and the fault should be repaired in time.
4. For the silicon carbide rod type furnace, after the silicon carbon rod is damaged, the new silicon carbon rod with the same specifications and similar resistance values ​​should be replaced. When replacing, first remove the protective cover and silicon carbide rod at both ends, and then take out the damaged silicon carbon rod. Since the silicon carbon rod is easy to break, be careful when installing. The outer part of the exposed shell should be equal. The chuck must be Fasten to make good contact with the silicon carbon rod. If the chuck is severely oxidized, it should be replaced. The gap at the mounting holes at both ends of the silicon carbon rod is blocked by an asbestos rope. The furnace temperature must not exceed the maximum operating temperature of 1350 °C. The silicon carbon rod allows continuous operation for 4 hours at the highest temperature. After the electric furnace has been used for a long time, if the heating power adjustment knob is adjusted clockwise to the maximum position, the heating current is still not going up. Far from the rated value, the required heating power is not reached, indicating that the silicon carbon rod has aged. At this point, the tandem silicon carbon rods can be changed to parallel and can still be used. It is not necessary to disassemble the silicon carbon rod when changing the connection method, just change the connection method, and after changing the connection method, pay attention to slowly adjust the heating power adjustment knob when using, and the heating current value must not exceed the rated value.
5, the user can keep the above operating procedures in the normal use process, if the product quality can not work properly, free repair within one year, replace the spare parts, until the replacement of the product.
