Be Your Best // March Tech Treat

I recently went through a bit of a life lesson, one that I'm still wrapping my head around. It's not something I expect to master anytime soon, but I’m working hard at it every single day. If you ever feel like you haven't learned enough—because let’s face it, we're all in that boat—and you're secretly wishing for a personal tutor to stick by your side forever, just have kids. Trust me, they'll teach you everything you need to know about patience, resilience, and unconditional love. Last week, both my kids had belt tests in Taekwondo. They've been practicing for a while now, and while Aliyah was excited about moving up a level, the idea of breaking that board on her first attempt left her a little nervous. I mean, imagine being barefoot and expected to break wood on command—it’s intimidating, even for grown-ups! As I stood there cheering her on, giving my usual pep talk ("Just do your best, I’m proud of you no matter what!"), I realized I was saying those words to myself as well. The room buzzed with energy—boards cracking, parents clapping, cameras clicking. Watching Aliyah’s expression, I saw her nerves battling with determination. Her eyes darted toward me, silently seeking reassurance. I gave her a nod, letting her know I believed in her. When the moment came, she hesitated briefly before channeling all her practice into one powerful kick. There it was—the triumphant smile, the newfound confidence. Tears welled up in my eyes—not just because she succeeded, but because I knew how much courage it took to push through her fears. This got me thinking about my own life. How often do I find myself stuck in self-doubt? "Am I doing this right?" "Is this really the best decision?" Fear holds me back more than I'd like to admit. Have you ever taken a moment to truly encourage yourself the way you do others? To tell yourself, "Just do your best, and I’ll be proud of you regardless"? We deserve that kind of support too. As a mom, I’ve learned to cheer for my kids unconditionally, whether they win or lose. But why don’t I extend the same kindness to myself? I want to break free from the walls I’ve built around my potential. I want to show myself the same grace and encouragement I give them. After all, growth happens when we take risks, even if we stumble along the way. To remind myself of this mindset, I created a digital wallpaper for my laptop and phone this month. It’s become part of my personal cheerleading squad, and I wanted to share it with you too. Sometimes, all it takes is a small reminder to keep moving forward. No matter where you are in your journey, take that first step. Believe in yourself, even if it’s just for today. Look around—you might see people who seem further ahead, but remember, they started somewhere too. You’ve got this! I believe in you, and I’m here cheering for you every step of the way. Feel free to download the wallpaper and use it as your desktop or phone background. Let it serve as a daily reminder to embrace your best self. xo, [Your Name] P.S. Foot Massager

Whether you`re stressed from a long day at work or treating yourself to an at-home spa day, using an electric foot massager is the next best thing to seeing a professional.

Kneading, massaging, and vibrating. These are just some of the things a foot massager can do. With so many functions, it can be hard to find the product that's just right. Some are more suited for the occasional soreness and others are well equipped to relax chronically overworked feet. And some have tons of speeds, vibrations, jets, and more, while others keep it pretty simple and compact. Some are meant to provide deep tissue massage, while others improve blood flow. It all comes down to finding the best one for your needs.
