2, hardening treatment: preparation of 0.1% calcium chloride solution soak for 6 to 8 hours, drained water for use.

3, sugar liquid preparation: preparation of 40% sugar liquid, the ratio of the amount of sugar to the amount of raw materials is 0.7:1 is 100 kg of peeled raw materials need to use 70 kg of sugar, and then made into 40% sugar liquid, added in the sugar liquid 0.2 to 0.3% citric acid, 0.05% potassium sorbate, boil the sugar liquid, pour it into the honeydew melon sheet and heat it, using multiple sugar penetration methods.

4. Permeation: The first time the sugar liquid is impregnated with the raw material, the concentration of the sugar liquid drops on the second day, and the sugar liquid is extracted and heated to concentrate. Increasing the sugar concentration by 5% on the basis of the original, and then adding the sugar liquid to the raw material for immersion, so that the operation is repeated, the production cycle is about 10 to 12 days, and the concentration of the sugar liquid can reach 60 to 65%, and then continue. After immersion for 1 to 2 days, the sugar can be finished.

5, baking: from the sugar liquid, the honey melon tablets are picked up into the drying room and dried at 60 ~ 65 degrees Celsius, so that the water content reaches 25 ~ 26%.

6, packaging: small bag plastic bag sealed packaging, and then set with a small box, 50 to 100 grams per box.
