If there is no reply for more than 7 days, or if it is not handled according to the reply, or if the treatment does not comply with these regulations, the peasants can handle it on their own according to the “Three Guarantees†provisions of the agricultural machinery. The Consumer Association reminds agricultural machinery drivers and operators that they must go through driving and operating technical training in accordance with the regulations, and obtain the driving and operating certificate after passing the assessment before they can engage in the operation and use of agricultural machinery.
