Avoid being swayed by one-sided information or aggressive sales tactics, as this can lead to poor decisions. When buying large or expensive agricultural machinery, it's essential to thoroughly research the product’s performance, reliability, and intended use. Also, check the reputation of the manufacturer and the selling organization. Don’t just go for the cheapest option—consider value for money. It’s advisable to visit the site and observe how the machinery operates before making a purchase. Don’t rely solely on advertisements; instead, look for real-world performance.
Second, always ask for the "one ticket" (purchase invoice), "two certificates" (product qualification certificate and warranty certificate), and the operating manual. These are your legal rights, so don’t hesitate to request them. According to the national regulations issued by six ministries and commissions, the seller is responsible for the "three guarantees" (return, repair, and replacement). If the machinery you buy has defects within the warranty period, you have the right to request repairs, replacements, or returns based on the invoice. If a product doesn’t come with the required certificates, you have the right to question its quality and refuse the purchase. These documents are essential for any future claims or repairs.
Third, carefully read the product manual to fully understand the machine’s functions, maintenance requirements, and common troubleshooting steps. Follow the instructions strictly and avoid operating the equipment in ways not recommended.
